PUBLISHER'S POLICIES: The publisher reserves the right to cancel or reject any advertisement, for any reason, at any time, even if it has been published previously. The publisher reserves the right to select ad location unless special position premiums are paid or explicitly waived. Orders containing restrictions or specifying unpaid ad position guarantees may be accepted and inserted but such restrictions and/or ad position specifications are at the publisher's sole discretion. The publisher will make every effort to adhere to an ad rotation policy that applies to all advertisers not paying premium or specified position charges. It is understood that, in consideration of the publication of advertisements, the advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and save the publisher harmless from or against any claims or suits for libel, violation of a right of privacy, plagiarism, trademark or copyright infringement, liability for use of classified material, and any other claims based on the contents or subject matter of such advertisements.
